Kay Hilton, President & Co-Founder

With a non-profit performing arts career spanning more than twenty-five years, Kay brings a wealth of varied experiences to her leadership role at GriffinFly. From professional musician and production music coordinator at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to Director of Education at Britt Music & Arts Festival, she has guided, managed, and produced a variety of performances and educational outreach programs by GRAMMY and EMMY award winning artists. She is passionate about helping artists and organizations connect with local schools and communities through meaningful arts programs..

 

Mark J. Knippel, Vice President & Co-Founder

As an administrator, composer, producer, musician, and educator, Mark brings experience from every angle of arts experiences to GriffinFly’s operations. Mark has worn the ever-changing hat of Arts Administrator for 18 years, serving as everything from Camp Counselor, to Development Associate to Director of Artistic Operations, always with a keen eye and ear for artistic sensibilities.

 

Jeremy Holmes, Creative Director & Co-Founder 

Previously the Art Director at the largest advertising agency in Southern Oregon and the Creative Marketing Manager at Britt Music & Arts Festival, Jeremy has straddled the line between for-profit and non-profit clients, and his fine arts background informs all of his projects. Strengths include coordinating large campaigns, branding, corporate identity, print layout, packaging, presentations, and boundless creativity.
